		<description>Dave, great job on the blog.  I also enjoyed the conference and love the message of Respect and Trust and the Forward Leading of looking to one another to lead the youth of today.  John Hefty's lead talk set the tone for the conference.  The speakers and break out sessions pointed us in the direction of continuing our work at EVHS, through building relationships and being experts in their content/teaching skills.  One point that I took out of the conference was from Flip Flippen.  He stated the age old axiom effort determines outcomes, but what are we doing to acknowledge and recognize effort?  Something to think about.

On a side note, how do you highlight the names of people like Flip Flippen and links within your blog?</description>
